		<description>Yea, that&#039;s so true. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;It took me years to get over pulling my tongue into my throat every time I breathed or started a sound. It took standing in front of a mirror and being obsessive about it. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I may write a post about using mirrors!</description>
