Tweet The Weekly Gathering (named after a singing concept taught to me by my current teacher) will feature some of the better singing and music articles I’ve found around the web in the previous week. Listeners send in their essays on what they believe, and, if they are chose, they may read those essays aloud on the air. I have personally found many of these very Tweet NPR featured an interview with Carlo Ponti Junior on Weekend Edition this Saturday. In it they discussed classical music in our schools, Beethoven’s 9th Symphony, Mussorgsky’s Pictures At an Exhibition, and why classical music is important.
